Here are some common questions we are being asked during this time:

Do I really need a will?

Yes, you do! A will gives you and your loved ones peace of mind.  During these challenging and uncertain times, we believe that planning for the future is important and for the short time it takes to organise a will there are multiple benefits in doing so.

The process can move quickly once we have all the information we need from you. Making a will is generally a straightforward process and with The Probate Solicitors by your side, we will make the sure everything is taken care of as swiftly as possible.

How much does a will cost?

At The Probate Solicitors, we offer single wills for £150+vat and mirror wills for £200+vat. We also have a special offer available where you can get 50% off your will when you choose us to handle your loved one’s estate administration.

Do you offer Lasting Power of Attorney?

Yes we do, and we highly recommend creating your Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) at the same time you do your wills.

A Lasting Power of Attorney ensures people are chosen to make decisions on your behalf should you become physically or mentally incapable. None of us know what the future holds and at times like this, the extra peace of mind that an LPA gives you is really a worthwhile consideration.

We offer both health and welfare and property and financial affairs LPAs.
