For basic wills to include (appointment of executors, guardians (if applicable) funeral wishes, legacies (gifts of cash or personal items) and residuary beneficiaries (who will receive your estate after all debts, funeral expenses etc have been paid) we charge £150 plus VAT for a single Will and £200 plus VAT for mirror wills.

We also can prepare more complex wills perhaps if you have children from a previous marriage and you want to ensure that they receive some of your estate if you died before your current partner or spouse.
